Flashlights brings professional musical theatre performers and artists to places where people do not expect a stage: public transport, companies, clinics, churches and celebrations. A seemingly ordinary moment becomes music, movement and a memory that stays.
The origin
From the stage to public transport.
Jonas Kägi first dreamt of life as a cowboy. Through his work as a cowboy, he found his way to music, built his own hammered dulcimer and eventually chose the musical theatre stage. Almost three decades of experience in theatre, street performance, bands and film now flow into Flashlights: artistic live moments that lift people out of everyday routine.
